The A to Z April Blogging Challenge is approaching fast! I’ve participated in this challenge two years in a row, and it is worth the effort. What is the challenge, you ask? You write a post each day in April, working your way from A to Z. You can take Sundays off, but it’s pretty much daily blogging. Just click here to sign up!
This challenge thrives on interacting with other bloggers. As of this weekend, there are over 800 participants signed up. Many more will join in before the challenge begins, so you will be in good company.
Some bloggers choose a theme while others keep it random. A theme isn’t required, but some enjoy having that as a springboard for ideas. This year the A to Z team created a list of categories. Bloggers can add the abbreviation of the category they will be writing about to when they sign up. This will make it easier to find blogs you may be interested in reading.
